The Miracle

Description:

I have been witness to many miracles in my life. Three of these miracles are my beautiful daughters. While I have watched my wife go through her pregnancies and childbirth, I am evermore convinced that miracles do exist. I have been amazed at the strength my wife has been blessed with as she goes through pregnancy and raising children. In this sculpture I wanted to communicate some of the feelings brought forth from the miracle of children, and pregnancy; Feelings anticipation, and joy, even the nervousness and the feeling of inadequacy. My wife was kind enough to model for this sculpture. I will be forever grateful for my wonderful children and my great wife who is always a strength in my life.
